Since 2015, she has guided professionals and students alike through career transitions, goal alignment, and personal growth. Her expertise spans resume refinement, interview preparation, and performance strategy—tools she uses to help others rise with clarity and confidence.

Kasie’s commitment to uplifting others goes beyond coaching. She is the proud creator of the S.H.E. STEM Scholarship, a program designed to support and celebrate young women pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Through this initiative, she invests in the next generation of innovators, ensuring that brilliance is nurtured, not overlooked.
